Seasonal Tastes - The Westin Singapore

Located high up at Level 32 of The Westin Singapore, Seasonal Tastes offers both magnificent skyline view of Singapore's city as well as mouth-watering buffet spread.

After reading through many reviews, we decided to have our anniversary celebration at Seasonal Tastes for a Saturday lunch buffet (12pm - 2.30pm). Though Seasonal Tastes may not have that many varieties of food, but quality was what ace the experience.

An interesting part of the buffet is you can get to DIY your own salad. A wide range of salad vegetables, ingredients and sauce for you to choose from.








































What I look forward to the most about buffet is the seafood section. And I must say, Seasonal Tastes really brings in the best quality of food for their diners. The seafood are so fresh that I can just eat it without any sauce.

Other than the usual cooked food section, they also have "live" cooking section, where chefs prepare dishes for you based on your preferences. There was the pasta booth and laksa booth on the day that I visited. Portion for the pasta was relatively small, but I love the cream and how I can choose all the meat that I want. We got a bowl of laksa to share as well, but was quite disappointing though. The gravy was full of coconut milk that it covered the spiciness of it.However they were pretty generous with the ingredients, so it just made up for it.

And lastly, the main highlights - the dessert section! No matter how full one can get from these spread, there's always room for desserts! They serve pretty decent and interesting cakes, that I can't help it but to get a serving for each. There's even a staff to help with the serving of ice cream.

I find that the price were pretty reasonable for the overall quality of food.
And if you're a Starwood Preferred Guest (SPG) member, you can even enjoy a 20% discount on their lunch and dinner buffet.

• Seafood Night Buffet: Friday, 6pm to 10pm - S$78++ per person
