Continuing from previous post: The way to slim [Part 1]
I've got my body structure genes from my father, so since young I've always been at least half a head taller than those of same age.
When I was in Primary 6, I was often being mistaken as a secondary school student.
And as the only child, I've always got things I want, including food.
My parents would always want to pamper me with food, and this has caused my habit to binge on food.

Since 2008, I have been growing very well horizontally.
Despite getting lots of comments about my size from my relatives, I wasn't even affected about it.
Instead, I continued with my daily eating habits.
And by 2014, I was over 70kg at the height of 1.64m.

A wake up call alerted me only when I was with my current boyfriend.
His interests in sports then motivated me to start moving and lose some extra weights.
Reactivated Fitness First membership, going to gym for 5 days a week.
Not only that, I even changed my eating habits totally.
From more oil, more salt; I changed it to no oil, just boiled/steamed.
Having high fiber vegetables and fruits allow my digestive system to work better, so as to clear out the unwanted toxins.
And by Sept 2014, I lost a total of 13kg.

Now I am maintaining my body weight by building more muscles to increase metabolism which helps to burn off calories.
Note to all who wish to lose that extra weight:
The beginning journey is always tough. But you're the only who can determine how you want it to end.
End it beautifully or give up halfway.
Exercising is the journey for a better health, better you. :)
